Can CoreForce Energy Give You Self Confidence?

Reading time: 5 – 8 minutes

Here’s a great question I just got in after just finishing two performances that received two standing ovations….

Garin,

I’m curious how do you use CoreForce Energy on the stage? Does it help with confidence and make you a better performer?

Kind Regards,

Peter

Great question Peter,

First, let me say that CoreForce Energy can dramatically help anyone doing any kind of presentation whether it’s asking for a raise, talking to your children or spouse, stage performance, etc. – to always be totally engaged in the most powerful kind of energy that is possible for each particular circumstance.

It does this by making you keenly aware that the right kind energy is what either inspires or loses an audience and this is where you immediately begin thinking in the now as to whether you’re connecting with them in the right way rather than fretting whether you’re performing well-rehearsed actions or words to the best of your ability.

It takes you immediately to a more powerful presence when you understand that every performance is a transmission of energy on many levels. Varying degrees of frequencies translate into different intensities of emotion, strength, and power that are communicated to an audience through your voice, your body language, an instrument, and basically through every ounce of your being.

We are basically transmitters and receivers of energy. Our degrees of success rely totally on those abilities. Our five senses interpret everything we perceive through fluctuations in vibrations. Take hearing for example, tiny bones vibrate and interpret vibrations from the ear drum into sounds that are either pleasing or repulsive.

Our brain interprets those vibrations as sincere emotions, self confidence, power, etc. as well as all their opposites and all the in-betweens.

So instead of thinking what techniques you’re going to pull out of your bag of tricks to try on an audience, CoreForce Energy helps you begin being more aware that all actions must begin with the right energy for the situation at hand and that all energies fluctuate and must be constantly monitored to be mastered.

Every atom and molecule in the universe is ever moving in constant vibration at particular energies.

When you learn that every movement you make is an expression of your energy and that it always has an equivalent readout in sound wave patterns, you quickly begin understanding that when can directly change your energy to meet the right intensity and trajectory, you can resonate with unbelievable power on many levels.

Understanding intensities of vibration as sound waves translates directly into activating more muscle fibers to lift more weight as it does to projecting your voice so that the furthest person in an audience in the balcony feels that you’re speaking heart to heart to them. Passion, emotion, powerful body language, or super strength can be directly measured as frequencies of sound waves.

When you learn to see and master your energy, you understand that the quality of your energy comes out through your hands, exudes in the sound quality and projection of your voice, to affecting your entire body language in a much more powerful way.

When you think this way, it’s one of the most exciting things in the world to know that you can be in control of these things that once seemed so out of your reach.

To Your Strength and Mastery,

Garin Bader

P.S. Good thoughts and intentions alone don’t translate optimally into the body to make it as powerful as it can be. They are only approximate destinations at best. Start learning now how to REALLY master your energy and strength with CoreForce Energy.

When Is The Best Time to Stretch?

Reading time: 4 – 6 minutes

There are many times of the day that are good to do your daily stretching routines, but I think one of the best times is a few minutes after waking up and here why…

Upon waking you’re already in one of the best places to stretch – in bed. Think about it, when do people normally stretch – if at all? If you’re like most people, you wait until they go to the gym.

Morning StretchingBy that time you’re already tired, tense, and the perhaps the last thing your body really wants to do is try to stretch through that tension.

So how about trying this for a week and see the difference. Set your alarm a little bit earlier so you can have another 5-10 minutes to set your day right.

Instead of rolling right out of bed onto a hard floor, stay in bed and do some easy stretching. I actually like to start with some joint mobility exercises starting with rotating my ankles first in large to small circles. First clockwise and then counter-clockwise.

I do my wrist and finger mobility exercises that are detailed in my super hand conditioning course Finger Gymnastics. And, then, do some light stretching moving as gracefully from one position to the next without kicking your partner out of bed.

Doing your stretching first will actually set the tone of your day to a much better pitch. Think about it, before you’ve even gotten out of bed, you’ve already accomplished something pretty amazing for your body and given time to let your brain gain mental clarity without coffee.

Believe me, your body will thank you for it in many ways from better mobility to better mental focus, clarity, and physical strength. Instead of jolting out of bed already late to the sound of your alarm clock, how about just set it a few minutes earlier to set your day with power?

Try it and you might be surprised that you don’t need so much coffee when you actually take the time to open up your energy channels with early morning stretching and joint mobility exercises.

This is the reason why I like to stretch in the morning first. Then if you do any more later, then those are bonus points in your favor.

Do You Want This Kind of Extreme Power?

Reading time: 4 – 6 minutes

Would you like to have the ability effortless power to throw a 235 pound man 7 feet backwards with just just the flick of your fingers? Some might call it Chi strength. Some might say it’s just powerful hands and fingers. But I call it knowing exactly how to use your energy while engaging someone else’s at the exact point and driving it forward with fearsome ease.

The combination of what I teach in my course Finger Gymnastics http://www.fingergymnastics.com and CoreForce Energy is exactly what will enable you to do this like I did the other day to a cage fighter.

I was at the gym doing my jumping two-finger pushups – yes, that’s doing pushups and hurling myself up in the air and landing on my two fingers – and a massive guy walks up to me and just stares apparently waiting for me to stop and take my headphones out of my ears to talk.

This 6ft. 7 inches, 235 monstrosity waited until the end of my set to ask me what in the world I was doing and what good was it to do jumping fingertip pushups like that. He wanted to know what value that would have.

I asked if he every saw the Bruce Lee two finger pushups and he said, “of course, I’m a jujitsu black belt and cage fighter” – guess he wanted me to know he was as tough guy or something as if his size wasn’t threatening enough.

But we talked a bit and he did seem like a nice guy, so I asked him if he really wanted to see what the fingertip pushups I was doing could do for him.

I put my hand on his chest with fingers splayed open and told him that I wasn’t going to throw him off balance, nor wind up my energy and then hit him with momentum, nor lean forward with any kind of pushing followthrough. I told him to brace himself in a strong fighting stance. I pushed on him harshly several times first just to make sure he was firm and understood completely the kind of force that was going to come at him.

Then, as I do using , I exploded with pure effortless energy and he flew backwards a little over 7 feet – without even telegraphing with any kind of telegraphing body wind-up. The expression on his face was priceless. It was the look like in the movies of a kid experiencing a wizard’s power for the first time.

We did it over and over and the outcome was always the same. Of course, he understood the value and immediately wanted learn how to do that – especially when I showed him I could do exactly the same thing with just using the back of my hand and touching him only with the backs of my fingers.

Some call this kind of power Chi strength and this kind of power people usually spend a life-time trying to learn – I know I did and never ended up learning it from someone else. So I took from the miniscule hints that books and instructors elude to and came up with my entirely different methods which I teach in CoreForce Energy and Finger Gymnastics.

Muscles of Resilient Steel

Reading time: 4 – 6 minutes

I feel developing resilient steel in your muscles and tendons is a very worthy goal so that you have strength and flexibility at any angle – at any age. Sadly too many people treat stretching and muscle strength training as two separate subjects.

But, in fact, if you begin training with the goal in mind of achieving muscles of resilient steel, you’ll find yourself immediately and dramatically increasing your strength gains, flexibility, and while preventing many injuries that come from traditional stretching techniques.

People often ask me if CoreForce Energy can dramatically improve their stretching ability as well as their strength. The answer is a resounding “Yes” and it works extremely fast. You can hear for yourself below from a testimonial from an exceptional strength coach who has worked for the Danish National Elite Sports and has worked with nationally and internationally ranked athletes from various sports.

Like many others, he had asked me how CoreForce Energy could help him with his stretching. Within a few minutes and late at night with no warm-up, he achieved a “life goal” using the principles of CoreForce Energy.

He went into a deep deep stretch and seemed to be savoring it as if he never wanted to come out of it. When he finally came up, his eyes were wide as saucers and he had a huge childlike grin on his face.

Here’s what he accomplished within minutes of me explaining the CoreForce Energy stretching concepts – and this is within minutes after having made slow gains for years doing it the old traditional ways :

CoreForce Energy stretching

He and his wife are both exceptional athletes. We became friends after Karsten himself purchased the CoreForce Energy course he took advantage of the personal coaching that is all free when you buy the course where we not only did phone and video conference calls, but where I even created private instructional webpages for him – just like I do for the many clients who contact me.

Stretching the way most people do with static stretching can actually decrease your strength and power and also can increase the risk of injury. This isn’t just what I say – it’s what scientists have discovered.

When Karsten and his wife were recently in Las Vegas here’s what he had to say about what he learned about stretching – doing it the CoreForce Energy way.

“As I watched the CoreForce Energy DVD’s and subsequently implemented the principles in my training, I experienced the tremendous effects CoreForce Energy has on your strength. Very often I get 3-5 reps more with the same weight – with less effort!

I remembered thinking: I wonder if CoreForce Energy can improve your flexibility as well? I got the answer, when my wife and I were visiting Garin a couple of months ago. The answer is a big YES! CoreForce Energy can dramatically improve flexibility as well. Garin coached me to a 20 % improvement in side splits – which I have practiced a lot through the years – all in 15 minutes. This was 10 0’clock in the evening and with no warm up.

Also in the case of stretching, the principles of CoreForce Energy unlocked the potential of my body effortlessly. The key were the very special mental pictures that I haven’t heard of before – these mental images may seem odd at first, but you quickly find out that this way of stretching delivers results quickly and with no pain what so ever.”

How Many Pushup Variations Do You Know?

Reading time: 4 – 6 minutes

Pushups

Q: You have mentioned the benefits of outdoor training many times and I really like the idea, but the options for exercises seem rather limited compared to the gym?

A: I understand your concern, however, even with no equipment at all there are many options available to you for a great bodyweight workout. Just consider the number of variatons available for a regular push up:

*Hand position:

  • narrow,
  • medium,
  • wide,
  • staggered,
  • arms extended.

* Position of leg/feet:

  • resting on knees,
  • resting on toes,
  • resting on forefoot (strengthens the tibialis anterior muscle),
  • resting on one leg,
  • resting on two legs

* Speeds of contraction:

  • 2 second eccentric and a 2 second concentric phase),
  • slow eccentric (5-10 sec) followed by explosive concentric,
  • 2 second eccentric – 10 second concentric.

* Modes of contraction:

  • the different tempo variations gives you an eccentric and a concentric dominant variations,
  • but you also can include an isometric contraction using a 2-3 second hold in the bottom position of the push up
  • or a 15 second hold at the top of the push up.

Still, without equipment you have:

  • handstand push ups,
  • one arm push ups,
  • tiger bend push ups,
  • hindu push ups,
  • dive bomber push ups,
  • T Push Ups,
  • finger tip push ups just to mention the most important variations.

Please, if any of you are mathematically inclined, calculate the total number of possible options – my guess is that we are talking at least a few hundred.

The real difference between the gym (lots of equipment) and outdoor training (less equipment) is that in the gym, you need next to zero knowledge to start doing “something” on the machines. Whereas if you train outdoors, it requires more knowledge on how to vary a fewer number of exercises.

If you are a trainer it’s your job to know stuff like that, and if you are training on your own you will learn by following these training tips.
