There are many kinds of strength as I often write about and by working on all of them a little each day, their synergy begins giving you vast powers that don’t come when you concentrate only on one attribute at a time – hence the word “synergy” is engaged.

Reinforcing all the qualities of strength through time is how you get more in touch with them and learn to master them all. The qualities of strength of mind and heart are the very ones that make your physical being exude muscular power. And, if you practice them every, day, they will get stronger and begin appearing in the way you talk, walk, and express your passion and inspiration to people. Without a doubt, you’ll lift more weight and be physically stronger than you ever thought possible because of it. It’s the road to take for peak performance in all you do and will bring you great happiness for building something that is lasting.

If you think for a second that that kind of thinking is Pollyanish gibberish, think how powerless you feel when you’re emotionally hurt and angry compared to the strength that emits from every pour when your heart and thoughts radiate with happiness in all the things you do and think -here gratitude and well-being abound.

That’s why it’s important to master your mind and emotions as well as your physical strength. What good is muscular strength if you’ve left out character and a positive outlook that can inspire all around you? You’ll die lonely and weak in more ways than one if you don’t begin building other kinds of strength.

I had the most incredible parents. But, like all children didn’t really realize the magnitude until later in life. They instilled in me great discipline and nurtured many kinds of strengths in the most loving ways. The way they did that is a whole article in itself.

But they taught me that you must discipline your mind to see the good things every day. Especially in this day and age where the news is relentlessly telling us how bad every facet of our world is, we need to erect impenetrable castle walls to defend our spirit against non-stop assaults on our positive outlook. That takes strength and discipline.

Our strength and vibrational health need defenses erected that can withstand the constant onslaught and we must be master and commander of what we put into our minds.

One of my most prized possessions is a wrinkled, stained, and torn poem that was one of my Mothers favorites and I will give it to you below. She kept it on the piano where she taught and inspired hundreds of students to play through the years while gently nurturing them to develop strength of character by getting involved in many other facets of their lives.

I had it framed and it sits in my office on top of my grand piano. It’s no wonder music and strength go together as I teach in CoreForce Energy super strength training.

Building the great pyramids were built by putting one stone in place at a time. Just know that each day you’re piling stones for your own monuments that either represent strength and positive outlooks or negative and pessimistic weakness of spirit. You have a choice which pile of stones you add to create your lasting moment of physical, emotional, and character strengths.

For me, I choose words like below to be the stones I stack up each day to create character and improve physical strength. I hope you will find passion and strength in these words as I do every day.

Promise Yourself

To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.

To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person you meet.

To make all your friends feel that there is something in them.

To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.

To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.

To forget the mistakes of the past and PRESS ON to the greater achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.

To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.

To be too large for worry, to noble for anger, too strong for fear and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

To Your Strength and Mastery,

Garin Bader
