I understand that you are offering me a chance to pay for for the Metamorphosis 2008 Seminar in three montly payments. I agree to pay $349 in the first payment, and then $324 for the next two months.

I understand that if I need to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances that I will give at least two weeks notice so that my very valuable seat can go to the next person on the waiting list.

I understand that I will take care of my own flights and accommodation arrangements. (On your request, we'll be happy to send you a list of nearby hotels that are near the seminar workshop.)

I understand I will be provided with lunch on both days.
