		<description>yo... i believe this guy is speakin the truth... i mean we all can unleash the beast/superhuman inside of us simply by focusing and thinkin... try this... see how fast and accurate your mind is by doin simple math... try it again and again only aiming to beat your previous best time and score... this helps see if your mind is fast as the speed of light...another great way to focus and scientifically proven to maximize brain usage up to 9% of your brain rather than 4-5%(wow, twice as average); is to simply a 2 min workout. use it in the morning to get your day going, or use it before the big exam. I don&#039;t care, you can even use it on gameday.... but guranteed that you will acheive greatness and perfection in every activity you attend. How you may ask??? well simply close your eyes and conjoin your five left fingertips with your five right fingertips in a quiet surrounding and do as the following... with your eye balls... look left, then right, then up, then down, then upper left, then lower right, then upper right, then lower left.... now with you eyes still shut... make three small circles with your eyeballs... now make three small circles to the right... continueing to keep your eyes shut.... make three big circles to the left... then three big circles to the right.... now with your eyes remaining shut.... take 3 deep breaths.... as if you were eating air... you can take more if you&#039;d like... exceed the limit of your breath and potential to overcome any obstacle/challenge in your way.... open your eyes and you will feel the difference in your thinking/mind abilities... how does this method work... well, first... the brain needs to be in a silent surrounding in order to focus or concentrate.... then by doing the eyeball excercise with your eyes shut.... helps the brain rid of all visual memories... thus makin the connection from the eyes to the brain...much more efficient...the fingertips being connected, connects the left side of the brain with the right side of the brain.... ever realize that when you pray with your hands gets you focus...well i have... there fore the joining of the fingertips helps the brain process more effectively... and finally the deep breathing... well you may already know that oxygen is the key feed for the brain... and yes the deep breathing floods the brain with oxygen... therefore; making the brain feeling fresh and young... soooo just give this method a try.... and unleash the one step closer to being a superhuman in you... and who knows one day we will have the mind capabilities of telekinesis.... or the ability to redifine gravity/physics with our minds... well one thing is for sure... we have been evolving for over 3 million years and we yet continue to evolve rapidly... imagine if we had the ability to live infinite years... why do we age??? is it in our minds that time goes by?? is it stated anywhere in our minds that we will begin getting weak as time goes by????  or loose our brain cells??? well beleive that you have the ability to keep and sharpen your mind and body... also with these other major activities... proper diet.... propers exercise... and proper rest... i believe we can live to be 150+ if we really wanted. its never too late to change your habits... its all iin the mind... can you believe it i am drunk... yes i was at applebees bar... where i had a couple pints of some beer...(blue moon)... and smoke a full swisher sweet sized blunt of marijuana....aka DRO.... but yea... drugs can also help you meditate and keen your mind...just dont be a pot head or drug addict please... you do the drugs.... dont let the drugs do you.... weak minds let the drugs do them sooooo wrong... but ive seen some strong minds take heavy amounts of drugs and alcohol, and function like a cpu... well dont believe it... try it yourself... the more expeirence in life... the better results.... remember that... peace and much love to everyone in this beautiful blue planet.... life is a gift... cherish it... and keep this planet healthy for future generations to come... laterz....
