It’s difficult for most people to imagine generating great energy and to extend it into the body to instantly improve physical strength and speed. The silence in our imaginations isn’t usually strong enough to generate or translate into powerful physical strength even when we infuse it with great desire and emotion.
Most people just end up generating too much muscle tension when they try to gain more energy by forcing imagery to gain more strength.
Or they gain nothing because they don’t understand the power of vibrations and imagery to ignite powerful physical actions.
Relaxation isn’t always the answer either because it slows down the intense synapses necessary for the quickest and hardest contractions in the musculature for great strength.
The body has it’s unique way of feeling energy the quickest. It’s in the form of actual physical vibrations as well as imagery and the sound of the human voice is the quickest way to infuse your musculature with the sense of powerful vibrations. I don’t mean singing either or inspired self-talk.
I can take someone who does not move with great speed or have great strength and coordination and transform them in just an hour with the principles of CoreForce Energy.
Once they understand they are vibrational beings and that each movement must resonate with the same variations in frequencies, attacks, velocities like music - while understanding how each movement relates to the next - understanding where the tension and relaxation points need to be - I can quickly turn them into powerful athletes in a short amount of time - that is allowing that they have at least an ounce of will and desire.
CoreForce Energy teaches you how to resonate your entire being and extend that power directly into the body like no other methods.
It directly teaches you how to change your vibrational energy into powerful movements with resilient balance, speed, and keen mental focus. I beg you to not ignore the great and vast powers of your mind to change your life in every facet.
You can continue with exercising the muscles as if they were almost separate components of your being - creating what I call dumb muscles. Or you can start utilizing the great powers of your mind to create intense vibrational energies that are powerful enough to actually entirely change the very ease and way you move through life.

Here’s a great question I just got in after just finishing two performances that received two standing ovations….
Garin,
I’m curious how do you use CoreForce Energy on the stage? Does it help with confidence and make you a better performer?
Kind Regards,
Peter
Great question Peter,
First, let me say that CoreForce Energy can dramatically help anyone doing any kind of presentation whether it’s asking for a raise, talking to your children or spouse, stage performance, etc. - to always be totally engaged in the most powerful kind of energy that is possible for each particular circumstance.
It does this by making you keenly aware that the right kind energy is what either inspires or loses an audience and this is where you immediately begin thinking in the now as to whether you’re connecting with them in the right way rather than fretting whether you’re performing well-rehearsed actions or words to the best of your ability.
It takes you immediately to a more powerful presence when you understand that every performance is a transmission of energy on many levels. Varying degrees of frequencies translate into different intensities of emotion, strength, and power that are communicated to an audience through your voice, your body language, an instrument, and basically through every ounce of your being.
We are basically transmitters and receivers of energy. Our degrees of success rely totally on those abilities. Our five senses interpret everything we perceive through fluctuations in vibrations. Take hearing for example, tiny bones vibrate and interpret vibrations from the ear drum into sounds that are either pleasing or repulsive.
Our brain interprets those vibrations as sincere emotions, self confidence, power, etc. as well as all their opposites and all the in-betweens.
So instead of thinking what techniques you’re going to pull out of your bag of tricks to try on an audience, CoreForce Energy helps you begin being more aware that all actions must begin with the right energy for the situation at hand and that all energies fluctuate and must be constantly monitored to be mastered.
Every atom and molecule in the universe is ever moving in constant vibration at particular energies.
When you learn that every movement you make is an expression of your energy and that it always has an equivalent readout in sound wave patterns, you quickly begin understanding that when can directly change your energy to meet the right intensity and trajectory, you can resonate with unbelievable power on many levels.
Understanding intensities of vibration as sound waves translates directly into activating more muscle fibers to lift more weight as it does to projecting your voice so that the furthest person in an audience in the balcony feels that you’re speaking heart to heart to them. Passion, emotion, powerful body language, or super strength can be directly measured as frequencies of sound waves.
When you learn to see and master your energy, you understand that the quality of your energy comes out through your hands, exudes in the sound quality and projection of your voice, to affecting your entire body language in a much more powerful way.
When you think this way, it’s one of the most exciting things in the world to know that you can be in control of these things that once seemed so out of your reach.

P.S. Good thoughts and intentions alone don’t translate optimally into the body to make it as powerful as it can be. They are only approximate destinations at best. Start learning now how to REALLY master your energy and strength with CoreForce Energy.

There are many times of the day that are good to do your daily stretching routines, but I think one of the best times is a few minutes after waking up and here why…
Upon waking you’re already in one of the best places to stretch - in bed. Think about it, when do people normally stretch - if at all? If you’re like most people, you wait until they go to the gym.
By that time you’re already tired, tense, and the perhaps the last thing your body really wants to do is try to stretch through that tension.
So how about trying this for a week and see the difference. Set your alarm a little bit earlier so you can have another 5-10 minutes to set your day right.
Instead of rolling right out of bed onto a hard floor, stay in bed and do some easy stretching. I actually like to start with some joint mobility exercises starting with rotating my ankles first in large to small circles. First clockwise and then counter-clockwise.
I do my wrist and finger mobility exercises that are detailed in my super hand conditioning course Finger Gymnastics. And, then, do some light stretching moving as gracefully from one position to the next without kicking your partner out of bed.
Doing your stretching first will actually set the tone of your day to a much better pitch. Think about it, before you’ve even gotten out of bed, you’ve already accomplished something pretty amazing for your body and given time to let your brain gain mental clarity without coffee.
Believe me, your body will thank you for it in many ways from better mobility to better mental focus, clarity, and physical strength. Instead of jolting out of bed already late to the sound of your alarm clock, how about just set it a few minutes earlier to set your day with power?
Try it and you might be surprised that you don’t need so much coffee when you actually take the time to open up your energy channels with early morning stretching and joint mobility exercises.
This is the reason why I like to stretch in the morning first. Then if you do any more later, then those are bonus points in your favor.

P.S. Early next week look for a Thanksgiving discount on both CoreForce Energy and Finger Gymnastics.

This breathing exercise was inspired a long time ago by the many camping trips to the mountain. Now, I don’t have to pack up the camping gear to do this exercise as I have pine trees of my own in our backyard.
If you don’t have any trees yourself, just follow along with the video and I’m certain you’ll see how it’ll change the way you think about breathing and will give you a real sense of power and relaxation at the same time.
Enjoy…
