Breathing exercises done on a daily basis can greatly help you get stronger and fluid faster. They will bring calm, clarity, and focus to your work and meditation.

Also in this blog post, you'll also be hearing about breathing exercises that can help you trim your waistline quickly.

The benefits of breathing exercsises are tremendous and yet so few spend the time to encorporate them int their daily routines.

Daily breathing exercises are essential in my daily morning routine.

Here's what I'm currently doing every morning:
1.) Wim Hof breathing method 3 sets of 30 breaths (read more details here )
2.) Breath Vacuums for 5 reps, doing different versions of The Rope with each (read more here)
These are what will also help reduce your waistline as well as many other benefits.
3.) CoreForce Energy “Breath Mapping & Trajectory Exercises” – 7 sets ( 4 mins )
4.) CoreForce Energy 3ft., 30ft, 300ft Breath with Isometrics ( on both inhale and exhale )

In addition to several popular breathing methods I've described on my previous blog post by the 26 world-record holder Wim Hof, you can see above that do specific CoreForce Energy “Breath Mapping Trajectory Exercises”.

These are done in between every set whether I'm doing bodyweight exercises or lifting weights.

Also, I have specifc CFE breathing exercises that I incorporate into my daily martial arts routines in between my 1-3 minute “blitz rounds”.

For instance, these will allow you to deliver 10-20 crushing and lightning fast punches on one exhale breath.

AND then imagine being able to deliver and additional 10-20 equally powerful punches on one inhale breath (yes, done with absolutely no loss of power).

This is pretty much unheard of in a world of martial arts/boxing where the norm is one breath per punch and almost never done on the exhale.

If you have any doubts about that, simply go to YouTube and watch as many fights as you dare and you'll hear exactly – one punch per exhale. Not only will this kind of breathing gas you much quicker and reduce your power but it constipates and hinders optimal fluid movement. This greatly reduces your endurance.

Truth be known, it matter if you're a martial artist or not, learning to breathe optimally for whatever you're doing great affects everything you do.

There are so many fantastic breathing exercises. That's why I'm constantly changing them up regularly.

Start doing the same and you'll instantly begin aligning your body with gaining greater strength and fluid movement. If you include them before daily visualization exercises and meditation, you'll be amazed at the clarity and focus you'll get.

There are many many different empowering breathing exercises you can do to greatly enhance whatever your focus is. Each one has a specific benefit and protocol.

The Wim Hof breathing method has become very popular for good reason. Wim Hof walks the talk using his method to help him secure many world records including:

  • Holds 26 world records
  • staying submerged in ice for an hour and 58 minutes
  • climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in shorts
  • ran a full marathon in the Namib Desert without water 

…just to name a few of his impressive feats.

Here's some benefits of the Wim Hof breathing method:

In the search to achieve world-class mastery in whatever you do, the tiniest distinctions make all the difference. Thus, I'm constantly searching for better methods that improve my clients human performance in any slight degree.

So, I've personally incorporated several Wim Hof breathing methods into my own training. I've found them extremely valuable and hope you will take the time to really investigate them further for yourself.

I like this video and posted it as it shows you what happens within the body when you do the Wim Hof breathing method.

I think it's very useful because it explains what's happening within the body more accurately than a lot of information that's out there. Such as, the tingling sensation you feel within your body is due to a lack of oxygen availability, NOT because you have more oxygen within your system.

The Wim Hof breathing method is super effective. But sometimes with so much bro science out there, clarification is necessary to know exactly what is happening physiologically.

Note:

★3:20 – The author's breathing is a bit too fast here. See Wim's demonstration at 1:28 for the proper pace. Just to be clear: when the author of the video does the breathing at the proper pace the Pulse Oximeter shows the same results, the same tingling patterns arise and the same phenomenon he describes will occur (increased breathing volume leading to hypocapnia and decreased oxygen availability as per the Bohr Effect*.)

In this quick video, I give you a few quick tips on how to punch harder ala “Zeus strength” and/or Bruce Lee as I teach in CoreForce Energy.

This not only shows you how to punch harder but you can take this same technique and improve your strength instantly. You can apply this technique for many things including both body weight exercises and weightlifting.

Get up and try this yourself! I highly encourage you to get up out of your chair and actually follow along with this short video! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. 🙂

You’ll see for yourself how using the idea of Zeus supercharging your punch solidifies your entire body power for instant strength and stability.

This video on how to punching harder ala Zeus gives you amazing speed and the ability to cover a large distances with minimal telegraphing in addition to instant accelerated power.

Make sure that you compare both versions of the “human punch” and the “Zeus punch” side-by-side. Keep comparing and repeating over and over until your single arm punch feels exactly the same as when you’re punching with the hand and Power of Zeus.

Remember to imagine feeling, seeing, and hearing Zeus grasping your punching hand and showing you how to knock one galaxy into another stratosphere.

Questions to Ask Yourself in this Exercise:

  • What would the massive and powerful hand of Zeus feel like touching you?
  • How would his massive lightning force give you instant exploding power?
  • Would he breathe differently than a human?
  • How would his lightning energy light up your body the moment he touches you?
  • How would that light transfer into a quasar explosive of epic proportions?
  • How does thinking that Zeus is helping you get you out of the box of and subconscious limitations of “human thinking and breathing”?
  • Do you feel the difference between punching like a human and punching like Zeus? Why wouldn't you want to feel like Zeus was helping you all the time?
  • Why would you settle for “human energy” and human breathing?!

 

how to punch harderYou'll be incredibly empowered if you take the time to be detailed in your answers here. You’ll start grasping the understanding of what Bruce Lee meant when he said you must engage every move with “emotional content”. It's one of the most significant concepts that made him so fast and powerful.

As I so often talk about in CoreForce Energy, when change the way you think, feel, and see things, you instantly get different results. If you think with limiting thoughts and feelings that humans often unconsciously have, you shouldn't really be surprised by your subpar results.

If you begin thinking outside of the box from where you're currently are, you'll get new results that could transport you quickly to new levels of mastery. When you combine what you feel, what you see, and how you hear together, the synesthesia – the powerful synergy – of all of these elements put together can instantly give you incredibly accelerated results.

So it's your decision if you want to continue working hard doing all the “grunt work” that humans so often do unconsciously.
